Personal Support and Practice Support for Physicians to
- Improve performance
- Achieve work-life balance
- Feel in control of life again
- Make meaningful and fulfilling contribution
The Balanced Physician program evolved over the years to fill the need for a proactive personal and practice development support for healthcare providers and their teams.
Unlike psychology or psychiatry, coaching roots in a wellness/full-potential approach. It doesn’t lead to a diagnosis, nor do coaching services need to be reported on license or hospital applications. It is about supporting physicians to play a bigger game in their practice and in their life with quick and successful results and fewer setbacks.
We challenge you to become more effective and successful in your career; we want to support you in enjoying more work-life balance and personal fulfillment. We want you to feel good about your career and its rewards. We want to support you to be your personal best and make the best out of your career and life. It's that simple.
